40=x(40-2x)
We move all terms to the left:
40-(x(40-2x))=0
We add all the numbers together, and all the variables
-(x(-2x+40))+40=0
We calculate terms in parentheses: -(x(-2x+40)), so:
x(-2x+40)
We multiply parentheses
-2x^2+40x
