Δ = 16
The delta value is higher than zero, so the equation has two solutions
We use following formulas to calculate our solutions:
$F_{1}=\frac{-b-\sqrt{\Delta}}{2a}$
$F_{2}=\frac{-b+\sqrt{\Delta}}{2a}$

$\sqrt{\Delta}=\sqrt{16}=4$
$F_{1}=\frac{-b-\sqrt{\Delta}}{2a}=\frac{-(4)-4}{2*-3}=\frac{-8}{-6} =1+1/3 $
$F_{2}=\frac{-b+\sqrt{\Delta}}{2a}=\frac{-(4)+4}{2*-3}=\frac{0}{-6} =0 $
